Yes, for some campaigns we offer cold calling, however even if it’s not part of your project, all of our prospecting activity has the same goal – that is, we establish contact and engagement with highly targeted contacts and accounts who fit your ideal customer profile, and we persuade them to take action if they meet the qualification criteria. Much of our work is qualifying that the individual has a need that your product or service addresses, and that they are demonstrating the right behaviours, interest and response levels to be a right fit opportunity for your business. We do have conversations with them by email, via LinkedIn and by SMS, and sometimes we pick up the phone and call them too.

The minimum engagement period between us is three months. This is usually a period of setting up, going to market and testing. Most of our clients stick with us for several months at a time, and they take a break and come back for more later. We have some clients who have been with us for years, who dial it up and down according to how much new business they need in a given quarter. We recommend thinking in terms of six months for our first project together.

The fee depends on how much work you need done. Some of our clients want us to set up their entire sales prospecting system from scratch, while others engage us to fill certain gaps, or to execute tasks like setting up their sales automation and conversion funnels. It’s rare that we just do the prospecting activity without at least two of the more foundational elements. So the fee varies a lot. When we first talk, we’ll come to a figure pretty quickly.
