Your partners in high impact sales execution.

If you’ve worked with sales agencies before, you’ve seen how easy it can be to waste time on theoretical plans and impractical strategies. But we know you want results so we roll up our sleeves and get on with the work. If you want a reliable partner in sales execution and you’re ready for results, look no further.

Small, agile and highly responsive to your needs.

We’ve purposefully kept our team small and agile, saving us costs and saving you on fees. It makes much more sense to have a small core team who are great at what we do, and occasionally engage our small network of trusted consultants for shorter project-based work. That’s how we’ve been operating RevenueBuilder since 2013, and it seems to be working so far.

Who Do We Work With?

Our clients are ambitious B2B tech companies who want to deploy a more structured sales process so they can stop worrying about their pipeline. We work best with organisations who have reasonable budgets to support their sales operations and who understand that hard work, quality content, and practical systems are key to lasting sales success.

Innovators and Boundary Pushers

We’re passionate about great technology and we love working with companies who have built their own tech, platforms, software or hardware. If you’re in a high-innovation category or emerging technology, even better. We help you reach not only new customers, but also new partners and resellers.

Ambitious Small Businesses

Small and medium-sized companies usually need to achieve more market-share, grow their territory coverage, generate more leads and convert deals more quickly without over-spending on sales staff.

Funded Startups

Startups usually need to accomplish big results on a small budget. Filling their sales funnel quickly, establishing credibility in their market, and ensuring their lead generation budget produces conversions, not just social media likes and engagement.

Larger Enterprises

Bigger firms usually need to boost sales effectiveness, fix a broken sales process, increase deal value and velocity, and outpace their competition. Most big companies have a decent tech stack, but have yet to fully optimise their outbound sales process.

Background and Combined Expertise.

Founded by Brad Monaghan in 2013, RevenueBuilder is now one of Australia’s leading sales development agencies. As you can tell from this website, Brad is the principal driver of all our projects, and this is how we want it to remain. You get his expertise, as well as that of our core team of hard-working sales specialists. We have an additional team of social selling, automation, and communications consultants who work with us on a project basis, as well as a number of rapid talent sourcing partners.

So you probably have questions…

So you probably have questions…

Do we replace lead generation?

Lead generation is mostly associated with marketing and is often an inbound strategy, whereas our work is all about pro-active outbound selling. While our strategies do generate leads, our focus is on cultivating qualified prospects who are demonstrating a more current intention to evaluate your product or go ahead and make a buying decision in the near future. It’s pro-active selling and hunting for opportunities, rather than waiting for them to materialise through internet marketing activity.

Is it better than content marketing?

Yes it is. Content is an important part of B2B sales outreach, but content marketing is different. In marketing, you spend thousands and thousands on constantly producing new content, paying writers, freelancers, designers, SEO people, social media teams, and that’s all before you’ve spent the money advertising it. If you’ve ever tried to generate qualified clients directly through content marketing, you’ll know just how challenging and time-consuming it is. When you use a few content items in your sales prospecting, you get attention fast, you act quickly on interested leads, and you execute your sales process immediately. Is it better than content marketing? Yes – because you control the sales cycle and you get traction quickly.

Is it an alternative to hiring more salespeople?

Think about what you want your sales team to do – hunt and prospect for new business, then close that business. New hires take on average 5 months to on-board into your company before they start really pumping in sales. We have proven time and time again that deploying our systematised sales campaign structure, and automating some parts of the sales process, is a no-brainer. We help you save hundreds of thousands on new salaries, pension plans and superannuation, payroll tax and training.

But is automation okay for sales?

Automation can't replace sales pros who close deals, but it can replace a lot of the low-value tasks that chew up a salesperson’s day. But direct, individualised and manual selling still works best. At RevenueBuilder, we leverage sales technology because it saves a huge amount of time in qualifying - and disqualifying - leads that are not likely to buy from you, so you keep your efforts focused on those who will. But we've tested hundreds of different approaches and we know for sure that hand-crafted and manual sales outreach still gets better results.

What about our exisitng tech stack?

We are platform-agnostic, so we adapt to your existing sales automation, CRM and email marketing platforms. We do have our favourites of course, such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, Reply.io and HubSpot, but we also love ActiveCampaign, Send In Blue, Autopilot, Vidyard, and Outreach.

Where are you based?

Our head office is in Darlinghurst in central Sydney, but we also have a presence in London and New York. Location doesn’t get in the way of our delivery of good work. We’ve been doing lots of work remotely for many years and our systems are all in place to facilitate easy collaboration no matter where you are.
